Every paper must have at least one author registered by the camera ready deadline, January 22, 2016. This can be a student author and one person can register multiple papers as long as that person is a co-author on each of the papers.
All Passport Registrations include: Admission to all technical sessions, all tutorials and workshops, daily refreshment breaks, dinner buffets, and one digital copy of the proceedings (contains all workshops).
Authors, note that there are no extra page fees for WACV 2016.

Obtaining Visa Letters of Invitation
Email and 1st class US mail (no tracking) is free. Express mail service is $50 – see optional items page during registration. If you need a letter of invitation to apply for a US visa, please send the following to Loren Schriever <loren AT ctocevents DOT com>:
- Your FULL name, including salutation (Mr, Ms, Mrs).
- The paper title and number (include name of workshop if applicable).
- Whether you want a hard copy or an email document. E-mail is preferred.
- Your full mailing address or email address as appropriate.
- Your registration confirmation number (i.e. reference number).
We will not issue visa letters without confirmation that you have registered and paid.
Refund Policy – All refund requests must be made via email to Nicole <nicole AT ctocevents DOT com>. All cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. NO REFUNDS will be made after February 22, 2016, 5pm EST. However, you are allowed to change the name on the registration without penalty.
Updating a Registration
You can update your registration or make a substitution– click the link above, select “Change your Existing Registration”, enter your email and password. Then select “continue”.
